Egg Drop Soup

4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup frozen corn
1 egg beaten
2 green onions, diced
1/4 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste

Bring broth and veggies to a boil. Slowly add egg, stirring constantly. Add in onions. Serve and enjoy!
