Homemade Peanut Butter Bars

1 C. Butter
1 C. Peanut Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
Mix together untill creamy then add
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
3/4 Tsp. Salt
3 Tsp.Vanilla
2 1/2 C. Flour
2 1/4 C. Oats
Grease a large cookie sheet
Spread mixture evenly in cookie sheet
Bake @ 350 deg for 15 min.
When cooled frost with chocolate frosting
Tip: Put the frosting in the microwave for about 30 sec to soften it. It will spread much easier.
Or you can melt chocolate chips and spread them over the bars
