Recipe from Missy Tingey (my cousin)
1 cup pineapple juice drained from can
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons corn starch
Heat the ingredients to boiling. Pour over frozen chicken breasts in 9x13 pan. Bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
